White Sauce
You need just 15g McDougalls Plain Flour, 15g butter and 300ml milk.

In a small saucepan melt the butter on a low heat.
Add flour and beat until smooth with a wooden spoon.
The flour's already been sifted for you!
Add milk gradually and beat gently, but thoroughly after each addition.
Gently bring to the boil and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring all the time.
Add seasoning to your taste!
