You Will Need...
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 small carrots, peeled and grated
2 small red pepper, diced
50g green beans, trimmed and halved
1 jar of nasi goreng pastee
500g cooked basmati rice (2 pouches, pre-cooked)
1 small bunch of spring onions, finely sliced
4 eggs
Method
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok to a medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and fry for 3-4 mins.
2. Add the carrot, pepper and green beans, stir-fry tor 2-3 mins.
3. Add the nasi goreng paste and bring to a simmer before adding the rice and spring onion, continue to stir-fry for a further 3 mins.
Ensure that chicken is thoroughly cooked and serve with a crispy fried egg.Package Type
